At Active Music KK, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible.


Delivery Coverage

We ship nationwide across Malaysia, including Sabah, Sarawak, and Peninsular Malaysia.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped.


Delivery Partners

We work with a range of reliable courier partners depending on your location and the type of item ordered. Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.


Same-Day Delivery (Kota Kinabalu Area)

Need it fast? Same-day delivery is available within Kota Kinabalu city for selected items.

Delivery fees apply and must be arranged in advance with our team.

Note that orders placed before 3:00 pm will be eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after that will have delivery arranged for the following day. For pre-orders and items that require 24 hours to arrange, delivery will be arranged once stock arrives.

Please note that same-day delivery may be delayed during holidays or peak periods, and additional fees will be charged for rescheduling missed deliveries.

Shipping Policy for Local Sabahan Customers

We are pleased to offer flexible and reliable delivery options for our valued customers across Sabah. Your orders will be shipped promptly using trusted local couriers and transportation services.

For areas not covered via Grab or for custom delivery arrangements, we may also use other local transport services, including:

  • Local bus cargo services (e.g., TungMa Bus Express, Bintang Jaya express, or other inter-district bus services), local courier ideal for towns and rural areas.
  • Box Express – Great for urban deliveries and bulk shipments.
  • Citylink Express or GDEX (for areas with branch coverage)
  • Self pick-up points or drop-off arrangements (if applicable)

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Notes:

  • Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are correct.
  • For remote or rural areas, additional delivery time may be required.
  • We will provide tracking information (where available) once your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery within Sabah usually takes 1 to 5 working days, depending on the destination and courier used.
